Sakit!

Can't believe one can accumulate so many injuries just in a training -_-
had been feeling tight on both my leg muscles lately and it seems to get worse...
My ankle also start to give way... dunno for how long the ankle guard can protect it
Dun want the doc's warning to come true, do I?
Past few days, the upper parts of both my knees suffers from unknown pain especially during rainy mornings when I woke up...
Then during last night's training, while I was jumping (or falling or sliding or watever) to save the ball, got my right butt cheek hit hardly on the floor... Shit! At first feels kinda sour on the butt, but then when I woke up this morning, all I can feel is my butt is like falling off >_<
Cant see any bruises but it is so painful lar... Now can only sit down on my left butt x_x
This sliding save ball actions hurts a lot and i think the knees are becos of this too...
However what hurt the most is getting my confidence bruised thru the matches...
Really can't play at all with the Mauritian team, not that its their fault, its just that cant really combine with them... The settings kinda hard to read...
Then comes the service by Terence... he was so scary in this training, and getting better and better at his service now.
Receiving his service had been a nightmare to me... even cut my nose for misjudging the height of his service... haiz...
I guess I have to up a few level more for the following trainings...
